Chapter 5: Addressing concerns with lean product experimentation

These three steps might sound straightforward and simple, but in practice the process is not as easy as you might imagine. There are naturally challenges alon g the way, both logistical and those having to do with people. You’re a smart, creative person that can get around the logistical challenges that will inevitably arise during the process -- sometimes participants won’t show up, you’ll misconfigure a Facebook ad, or your data file will be misplaced. Those things will be annoying but easily addressable. After all, you’ll be working so leanly that you’ll catch these types of problems early and the risk associated with those failures will be low.

But the barriers we’re most often asked for help with are related to people. Getting people to work differently and especially to adopt something they don’t fully understand is undeniably a tough task.
